What is Yoga?
We believe yoga doesn’t have to be something intimidating, elusive or complicated. The essence of yoga is the practice of being in the moment. We maintain that a committed practice of yoga will help you to live a happier, healthier life. . . reducing stress and building confidence. For this reason, we share our passions and our knowledge.
How should I practice it?
We encourage you to approach yoga without the fear of failure. We all had our first steps as children and when we fall we get back up again until we succeed. Think of what would have happened if we had never tried!!! We believe that yoga is for everyone. Yoga does not discriminate. Tall, short, stiff, flexible, young or not so young. There is a place here for you!
